A Board of Directors oversees TSI’s operations and strategic direction. The five-member board is comprised of representatives of its two shareholders, Nunatsiavut Group of Companies (NGC) and ATCO Frontec, as well as the Nunatsiavut Government, to which NGC reports through the Labrador Inuit Capital Strategy Trust.
